White flight occurred because of declining property values, and Chicago was already exceptionally violent, most people in Detroit weren't worried about black neighbors. You're argument would make more sense in Allentown.

Detroit did not got leftist until after the white flight occurred. Magically the more left Detroit went the larger the amount of white people left, it’s now ~77% black with 80-100k people still leaving every decade.

The AFL and UAW prove that to be completely and utterly false. Detroit was a Democratic City in the 1870's, and then during the Progressive Era became a Progressive Republican city. Then during the 30's it went back to being a Progressive Democratic city, where it sits to this very day.

Let me help you, between 1919 and 1962 Detroit had 14 Republican mayors and 3 democrat mayors, lest than 1 a decade and non in a row. It went democrat officially in 1962 when the white flight was in full effect. Detroit saw 10% of its population leave after the mass influx of black immigrants from the south. Again, reality doesn’t support your narrative.
Perhaps it is hard to tease out cause and effect, but the statistics say that whites are afraid of blacks and move out when they move in. There was a mayor of Atlanta that basically said "we will follow you" re the suburbs. And the exurb was born. I can't account for every individual person. I just see what happens to large groups.
