I don't for a second believe any woman died because they were refused the 50-state legal treatment for ectopic pregnancy "because Republicans".

I absolutely believe women died bleeding in their cars because other women lied to them, or because they fucked around with drugs they shouldn't have been taking.

Or they got the shit beat out of them by a dirtbag boyfriend who didn't want a kid but they tried to baby trap and it failed.

In no situation is the woman in that story a victim of anything but her own stupidity.
