Don't be ridiculous. Planning to blow up your people in a foreign country, trying to sink a navy ship of yours, stealing military secrets, stealing Uranium, blackmailing and bribing your politicians with a child rape trafficking ring, assassinating your president, making you fight wars on their behalf etc. doesn't make you an enemy nation.
No doubt, with friends like that, who needs enemies?
Even if they were your friend: If your friend continually picks fights, you'd drop him after a few black eyes.
Israel is a "friend" that you lent a gun and he shot someone with it.
If only that was all.
