The source, their juvenile trash-talking, and the numerous comments pointing out odd legal errors make me question the validity.

May be true, but flags are looking quite red. Something about their bio just seems.. off.

I'm surprised they didn't mention they had "300 confirmed kills" in their bio.

The claims sound too perfect. But, supposedly, this is an affidavit. If it's valid, whoever made it is putting his neck out risking perjury charges.
