Don't perpetuate the "forced to marry her rapist" myth.
For most of history, in most of the world, consensual pre-marital sex is counted as rape. This lets feminists claim that women were "forced to marry" the men they were voluntarily having sex with, ignoring the fact that the men were also "forced to marry" the women that they were voluntarily having sex with.
Yeah this movie was made in 1997, not 1400. The jeets definitely be raping people for real out there.
Far more frequent in India is for a woman to accuse a man of rape or of consensual extramarital sex when he did nothing to her and wants nothing to do with her, as a way to force him to marry her.
Just saying.

In a country known for raping just about everything human or animal, dead or alive or until dead, I seriously doubt that's the case.
Country is also known for everyone being a liar though.
Yeah sorry. With the number of Pajeets here, that is false.
Not really. South Asians are culturally and by disposition prone to extremes and have very little impulse control. Men from that culture who move to Western countries often do have difficulty understanding the word "no" coming from local women. But despite the overhyped stories about Indian gang-rapes that we get saturated with, this isn't actually because they all go around raping their own women: it's because Indian women are just as sexually aggressive and demanding as the men, so that's what they're used to.
But none of that in any way validates or justifies the degenerate proclivities of the troglodyte who keeps posting shit on our board.
Oh great, you’re a “good” Pajeet.
The fuck out here!
Pedo pajeet
Pedo Pajeedo, get it right man
Makes sense to me. Isn't rape a common fantasy among women? That means the story starts with excitement. Couple that with the ultimate "I can change him" story and you struck gold.
Beauty and the Beast, but with rape.
Fun fact: I was listening to a podcast about ancient Rome, and rape comedies were very prevalent back then.
What does that mean as a genre? Like a romcom with rape, or closer to a general comedy with a character getting raped as a common punchline, or what?
First one. The one that was described in the episode was about a serial rapist who decides to settle down and get married. His wife gets pregnant before they have sex and he disowns her because he thinks she cheated on him. Evantually, through a series of wacky coincidences, its revealed that he actually raped her before they got married and he didn't realize it because he was drunk and it was dark, so the kid was actually his all along and they have a happy ending.
