Anyone who has spent any amount of time studying military history (and you certainly don't need the year+ he said he spent in the interview) knows that statement is beyond BS. People have been saying for centuries "well, this weapon will end war because it is so terrible!" WW1 was literally called "the war to end all wars" at the time due to how horrible it was.

If anything, I'd say you are just going to increase war (if your stuff works as advertised). To quote Robert E Lee at the end of the Battle of Fredericksburg

It is well that war is so terrible, or we should grow too fond of it.

Congrats! You're just moving the politicians and generals yet further from the terror of it. I mean, look at what's been happening the last decade with drone strikes around the world. "Oh, I can just press this button, and there's a good chance someone halfway around the world I don't like blows up? Sounds fun!"

Honestly, I really, really hope that your stuff doesn't work as advertised, because (even ignoring the possibility of things Skynetting) large scale deployment of effective AI weaponry is going to be the stuff of absolute nightmares for everyone except politicians.
