Muslim is not, though given how predominant it overlaps with Arabic, it colloquially could be used as such given we all know what it being said.
Jews have a phenotype onto themselves, and have had one for centuries. That's one of the results of being extremely insular. If they didn't have their own racial category, people wouldn't be able to pick them out based on common physical characteristics nor would they themselves continue to call themselves Jewish after leaving their faith behind in childhood, as many do.
Being pedantic about these things just makes your position look weaker given everyone knows what is being said.

Jews do not have a phenotype. Jews fall into several, and they are not genetically unique due to their integration with domestic populations, particularly European Jews aka: White Jews. Jewish Orthodox marriage requirements we're not always well kept, and even if they were, it's a bronze age religion that didn't understand genetics. When you think only one person in a marriage carries the genes, you're wrong. All of this is well established. Hell, different Jewish sub-ethnic groups integrated more or less depending on the group.
