I'm not going to post the leaks in the main post mainly because it is leaks and not the full pages yet, but I didn't think I could dislike how Horikoshi took the latter portions of the manga more than I do until now. There's certain things I've seen as a part of the ending that I genuinely can't believe, but I see Horikoshi do certain things and it is what it is at this point. He's the author of this manga and all I can do is read it, but like Toriyama with Dragon Ball, a lot of his decisions with his series are flawed.

Wait that's what you got from it?
I one of the points I got was how using the 'sins of your ancestors' to justify mistreatment in the present now creates a perpetual cycle of pain and retaliation only to lead to endless suffering.
Explain to me how, ahem: "perpetual cycle of pain and retaliation" isn't just another way of saying war guilt and reparations. Dude, the ending is SO left wing.
The guilt OF THE CONFLICTS past led to the King of the island doing a false uprising against his empire then brainwashing the residents of the island to believe they were the only ones left inside the walls because of the titans.
The weapon he made (which were practically nukes at the time) but had no intention of using led to foreign powers wanting to take it for themselves to claim the world as THEIRS.
It's a message against half measures and constant compromises in the face of those that won't relinquish their past grudges. I'd say that sounds anti-left given how much they talk about 'White privilege' and the like. If Marley had sought any other path then just seeing 'an Island of Devils', Eren wouldn't have gone "better you go than my people".
