As I said in another comment in this thread, their motivation is hatred of the West, and their goal is to see it destroyed. It doesn't need to be more complex than that. Either they're convinced that any alternative must be better, or they're just so spiteful that they want everyone else to be as miserable as they are. That, and they all seem to think they'll be the ones in charge after the revolution.
In my experience, they don't hate "the West". They may hate its history and traditions, but they are diehard supporters of the CurrentYear foreign policy.
They've been indoctrinated with the belief that the society they live in is the most oppressive in all of human history and that literally anything else would be better, so they want it destroyed.
But why do they reflexively support Western foreign policy?
I think we assume a doctrinaire element to the normie 'beliefs' that simply isn't there. Isn't "whatever the media is saying" the more persuasive explanation"?
