I'm guessing the fact that it didn't work and make it all go away instantly made it unworthy to them, because we all know they didn't actually mean it.
Probably because I've seen even the people they were apologizing to calling them both cucks and losers for backing down and then turning on his "friend" over it.
Truly they both picked the worst possible option for dealing with this.
Which leads one to believe he either wanted out already and say a two bird one stone way, or his "closest friend" meant so little to him he would completely dump the guy over a single incident.
So while Black's actions were respectable from him as a business it still made him like like a shitty person because he betrayed his friend who relied 100% on him over a single joke.
So Jack's apology is still there but Kyle's is gone? I didn't even know he made one lol
