In this case it's actually true, too! Is anyone trying to cancel him? All I've seen is disgust and disbelief, while Destiny spirals down, faster and faster. He's doing it to himself.

I will say, I was never a fan of Destiny, but even I expected better of him. It seemed to come out of nowhere. I knew he didn't like Trump, but I thought he was at least saner than to self destruct like he did.
I wonder if drugs or something were involved? It seemed over the top, even for him. Either way, no matter the cause...yeah, what a loser. No excuse, even if he was high as balls, or in withdrawal, or whatever.

The reason why people keep getting caught up in this right now is because its the same shit they've been saying for years now, but the shooting has made a lot of the less committed ones uncomfortable with it.
None of these behaviors or statements from him, or Tenacious D, or anything is remotely surprising from the anti-Trump side. They've been saying it constantly for almost a decade now.
Not OP, but I suspect it was because Destiny frequently crossed the aisle to at least engage with right-wingers and appear on their programs unlike most breadtubers.
