Well, now, see, that's where you're wrong.

Because I guarantee you without any doubts at all that co-op, or their upstream farms, are taking USDA Dairy Margin Coverage money. In that industry, everyone does.

And that, well, sort of implies you're going to cooperate with all the other rules.
