Boy, they're lucky Russian isn't as evil as they say. They'd kind of stand out to any drones, aircraft, or surveillance.
Not my point, but you do you. I just meant that Russia has the capability to level the whole city and, if the propaganda image they try to project of Russia was true...they would have done it. That's what I mean, the very fact they can do that severely hurts the credibility of the Big Bad Russia narrative.
