It's probably not, either, because making moral choices isn't collusion. You couldn't say they're all colluding if they all have a 30 day return policy.
Why would the government prosecute? They were the ones that passed the Fair Housing Act and created the Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity. Redfin and the other sites might dress it up in DEI, but they don't want another vector to get sued by race hustlers.
