I used to have Redfin stock because I used them when I bought my house and thought it was pretty slick.

Then they announced that they would be doing this so I immediately sold it all. I haven't checked in a while but last I looked it was down like 80%.

The reason to run would be them buying houses, IIRC. I don't think people signed up to be part of some bizarre REIT.
