The shooting happened within 24 hours, and you're surprised that no one has been identified publicly to the media? They're probably still informing family members as part of a departmental policy not to just dump every detail at hand. It's pretty standard for police not to release that many details, especially since all of the media is just copypasta-ing whatever the AP reported on within an hour of the incident.
Frankly, with police shootings, considering how fast racist activists are to make up shit, that's typically why the cops release details, testimony, and video evidence much faster than they normally would.
That is why you will look silly when the shooter is clearly a white male named Travis Posey. Gents, he was processed at 6:30 PM yesterday.

And I'm not going to be surprised if it's not a black community since A local church group came out to feed first responders on scene (notice pick-up trucks everywhere), and one of the victims was also a white 23 year old.. It looks to me like it's your average poor, southern, community.
