Does anyone else that read the article find this interviewer's question very strange?

big mega corps in the US are laying off people and closing medium-tier studios at best "are you worried your Japanese parent company will lay off your Japanese staff?"

fromsoft has been making very successful releases repeatedly along with a huge dlc about to drop and you ask them if they are worried about being laid off? what a stupid piece of garbage this guy is

Any Japanese company that has a prominent Western (aka CCP) branch will be affected by it.

Part of the reason why From hasn't been infected is because their Western branch is small.
