I think a smart enough and WELL PAID enough lawyer can make the case it is.
Honestly though, she has enough money and resources that the extremely far left SNP party that controls Scotland where she lives WON'T touch her for her anti tranny rhetoric, I think she can burn this in lawfare if she wanted to.
Do celebrities enjoy protection against people trying to profit from their image in the UK?
Like some US actress getting AI chatbot that sounded like her, and advertised with her name, taken down.
A bit dystopian and restrictive though.
Legal speculation aside, Woke cultists are trying to stage a pretend struggle-session to metaphorically punish Rowling for blasphemy against the Sacred Commandment of Girldick worshipping. So they can soothe their anxiety comming from a proeminent public figure openly opposing their shit with impunity. It drives them up the fucking wall.
That's unhinged and concerning. ( Like that troon writing a fiction about a troon raping Rowling. )

IMO that shouldn't be illegal, as long as you are not committing fraud. (for example actually pretending the actress endorses your product) But it probably is, and her likeness is protected under UK law except in specific circumstances. The other side will try to argue parody.
It's not a Harry Potter production, it's supposed to be about the actors and Rowling.

I don't know how it is in the UK but you cannot just cry parody and it protects you from everything involving it.
