I think a smart enough and WELL PAID enough lawyer can make the case it is.

Honestly though, she has enough money and resources that the extremely far left SNP party that controls Scotland where she lives WON'T touch her for her anti tranny rhetoric, I think she can burn this in lawfare if she wanted to.
