Let's suppose for a second that this guy hated black people so much that he couldn't stomach the idea of one of them shaking his daughter's hand.
Does that sound like the kind of guy who would rush the stage and say nothing race-related while doing it? That he's willing to disrupt the ceremony and push the guy, but he's just too darn polite to vocalize his dislike of black people?
Nothing about this passes the smell test. That the media is trotting out a 6 year old photo of students that have nothing to do with this story is a transparently desperate attempt to make this something it obviously isn't.
I'm no lawyer but I think the media more implied racism more than accussing it directly. Even in this report they don't say it's racism they tell you the race of parties involved, bring on an expert that says it looks like racism, and then says social media is arguing about and gives a n example of a single post arguing it's racism. So they don't technically call it racism.
Oh, it's race related, just not in the way they're spinning it.
We all know that DEI and affirmative action are putting unqualified individuals into positions of power based on their race. This guy is so pissed at the Super that he's willing to interupt his daughter's graduation to make sure he doesn't shake her hand.
Sounds to me like he was doing a pretty bad job.
I'd like to know what the exact situation is here, but I don't feel the need for proof. Whenever I see someone in authority doing a bad job, and they aren't a White male, I'm comfortable assuming DEI is to blame.
Did you see that one documentary that tried saying Michael Brown bought groceries the night before and the store was trying to extort him? I can't remember what it's called.
One boy in the front row can also be seen forming his index finger and thumb into an “OK” sign, a symbol co-opted by followers of far-right and white supremacist movements.
When I saw on r/PublicFreakout "racist dad doesn't want black man touching his daughter" I giggled so hard I farted.
Why are woke kids such delusional ninnies today? That is the most outrageously unrealistic shit I've read since the satanic panic in the 80s. What's next? Secret tunnels under preschools with racist cults performing ceremonies? It's a fucking parody level belief on the level of flat earth shit.
There's something history behind it for sure. It's not as simple as "he didn't want her to touch me cuz I'm blak." The race card works well to not get whatever is really going on questioned.

There is a lack of niggering going on by the racist guy.

To play devil's advocate, why would the dad say it was race related in the report? That's admitting to a hate crime.
Lying on a police report is a crime as well.
I think it’s more likely it wasn’t race related. My first inclination was to think there was more to the story and the media loves this king of story

I thought his daughter was getting bullied and he did nothing about it
For days they ran a story that is was racism without proof. Now that we have proof it's not they still aren't letting go of the race angle.
To be expected. You have morons that still think Michael Brown was unjustly killed
He was a gentle giant.
You wanna avoid police interactions? Dont rob stores and then charge at cops
Did you see that one documentary that tried saying Michael Brown bought groceries the night before and the store was trying to extort him? I can't remember what it's called.
So he should have lied and said it was race related so that it would make it a double negative, which is a positive!
That's why you don't talk to the police.
PROVEN WITH FACTS AND LOGIC!!!
Hey are you calling the SPLC and the ADL liars?

It probably doesn't, I would even bet the race card is probably being pulled by the superintendent to avoid criticism.

As far as I know he hasn't pulled it. Maybe it's in his restraining order. But I don't think he's said it's racism
