the law states that companies has to make an effort to do what they THINK makes money for investors.

How many times can they be shown otherwise before it becomes obvious they're deliberately going against value?

Theyll claim its not woke enough hehe. Always double down. But yeah.. what they "THINK" will make profit. Although.. i would imagine the law wouldve also state that investors should see profit YoY.
