Your comparison to the BPD girl is unfortunately accurate. It's not Black self-loathing, though. It's an insecurity complex because modern Leftist systems basically incentivize people with Cluster B Personality disorders to be at the top of all social, cultural, political, and economic institutions.
It's the same reason why white women under the age of 30 are reporting a 45% mental health issue rate. Black women were never previously known to be inherently violent, aggressive, loud, or masculine; that stereotype has only emerged over the past 50 years. However, when you enable those personality disorders, and make sure that society is governed by people with those disorders; you get the level of paranoia, narcissism, insecurity, aggression, and other pathologies that those people already have... and you institutionalize them.
There is absolutely an element of self-loathing to it. Its what enables them to be so easily swayed by the external forces and causes a lot of the same "culture" to emerge across their pocketed population centers.
You hang out with enough wack-ass ghetto boys and you can see the insecurity has long since festered into full blown self-hatred, almost always projected onto someone else. Whether its whitey for having good or pretty things, other blacks for succeeding, other blacks for not succeeding, or some combo of the above.
And of course the eugenical enabling you described only enhances that problem.
