Generally yes but, as I said in my comment, Israel is actually an interesting case. They conquered land, then went on to steal more land. So they are actually on stolen land, just not quite how most of the leftists would argue it. They've pulled some really slimy stuff. If you're going to claim "global community" benefits, you should also play by the rules. Israel has expanded well past their recognized and agreed upon borders.
They were also sort of just... Handed the land they got in 1948. Sure, they partly "conquered" it (mainly through literal terrorism), but then the British were like, "Yeah, you know what, this is too difficult. Here you go."
Slightly different to most tales of conquest, IMHO. Literally a vassal state getting the empire to come in and use superior force to crush their opponents, lol.
And then there's the post-1967 situation, like you mention. They just can't seem to help themselves...
I was being generous because some people get bent out of shape on the issue but, yes, you're correct; even their initial "conquest" was sketchy as fuck. Kind of a reverse-Rhodesia, actually, where Israel had the backing of the Empire.
Gotta love the irony of such a young country telling us how they've been around 2,000 years, too. Oh, also? Palestine? Not a real country, chud. Israel? Infinite years old. How dare you.
the "history book" bit is dumb though since Jewish response to criticism of them ethnically cleansing Palestine was to say "ummm there was no Palestine!" A position so ahistorical and preposterous many fellow jews have repeatedly demolished it.
Not to mention the bizarre evangelical Christian support of Israel, despite Christians holding the holy land more recently (pre Balfour), the new testament replacing the old covenant with the jews, as well as ignoring 2000 years of church dogma that jews are Christ killers who need to repent and accept Jesus to be saved.
I don't care if it's a jew or an American Indian, or one of those gobbledygook in Australia. It's never stolen land. It's conquered.
even then, what do they think is going to happen? the government will just go "aw jeez rick i guess you're right" and dissolve itself?

For what it's worth, while it may have been stolen land before, now it's conquered.
