Yeah, there's a Mind Flayer called the Emperor that you can romance and have sex with. Even though Mind Flayers don't have a reproductive system that is in-line with vertebrates, and thus don't have a sex drive, and thus wouldn't seek out any kind of sexual experience. Never mind how different their thought processes are from everyone else's; companionship and romance would be incomprehensibly alien concepts to them, especially towards beings they view as food.
