If people believe that he was actually murdered. If you kill the d00d and then actually convince people that he committed suicide, the deterrent isn't there.
Murdering a dude and getting away with it is not very "new Boeing". They can't get people to put bolts on the doors, but they can orchestrate that. I dunno.
Hits tend to be subtracted, and I doubt there's any DEI bullshit on that line of work.
