She may be pro-Israel but this tweet is not saying that, she is just pointing the hypocrisy of Ruben

He cannot be trusted to stand with Israel.

This implies that she stands with Israel and that doing so is good. Sure, on its face, this message states nothing about Lake's position. But the choice of words definitely implies a moral judgment on that issue.
