Ask yourself. Why does every post and report about it make sure to specify very generally and vaguely that it was a "simple medical procedure" that killed him? How often does reporting across every possible site and discussion always use the exact same wording and phrases that are exactly the same amount of non-descript, completely devoid of meaning phrasing when its not being used to form a narrative and obscure something?

The hospital accident wouldn't have occurred if he wasn't on the tail end of months of being forced to have a cat despite a deathly allergy (because his girlfriend would have been sad without her baby :( ) and taking constant excessive medication to counter that.

The two ways I've seen the story go, because its impossible to get a clear answer because they spammed the Narrative everywhere, is that he was either extremely weak to a point where something that shouldn't have got him got him or he had an allergic reaction trigger as a response to all the other allergy meds he was taking in excessive amounts that wasn't expected or accounted for, which is what I've heard the most repeated.
