Ask them what is the limiting factor on human production, as in propagation of the species.
Oh yea, women.
How many babies can a woman have? What, maybe 20, provided nothing goes wrong each time, and they spend their entire reproductive lives pregnant?
How many can a man have?
As many as he has the strength to fuck, from the moment his balls drop, til the day he dies. Potentially thousands of offspring, from as many women as he can sleep with.
So, what are the consequences of this? Why were women controlled like they were in the past?
Because women are the bottle neck of human reproduction, this makes them a scarce resource, which means they must be managed for the good of the tribe.
Ancient societies were patriarchal because those societies out competed all others over the hundreds of thousands of years of modern man.
Hell that's not a bad point, regarding reproductive biological reality it's amazing how many women have clearly been lied to big time. Might seem a bit off topic but this is clearly the case with young people generally and university degrees. We've known for sometime how much bullshit teachers and professors are feeding younger generations it's just amazing seeing not only how much of it is out there but how blatantly wrong it all is.
The best one with reproduction is the whole concept of 'oh freeze your eggs you'll be fine'. I have very limited knowledge of that and even I know that freezing the eggs doesn't always work. If it weren't for the fact that so many western women were just so damn horrible I'd feel sorry for them but they buy into this shit and then try to rub it in men's faces every time and wonder why we won't help them when they inevitably start crying about everything.
Not only is “freeze your eggs” bad advice that frequently doesn’t work, the decision to delay motherhood is just crap logic all around. We have way more energy in our 20s than our 30s and especially our 40s. We weren’t meant to be chasing toddlers around as middle aged geriatrics.
I got to see this up close and personal with a friend of mine and his wife, and the hoops they had to go through after the first try failed...
Thankfully, things worked out in the end and they now have a kid, but too many people just view science as a magic wand that fixes all issues perfectly, and never realize that this stuff can, and does, fail, and fail more often than people would like.
Want to really piss off a feminist?

Women are either incapable of abstract thought or will pretend to be in order to avoid being proven wrong.
If you are reasoning with a woman then you have already lost because you have accepted the liberal tabula rasa framework than women are equal to men.

Even normal IvF isn't guaranteed to work.

Can confirm. Ivf is extremely expensive and has a very very low chance of success.
