Ask them what is the limiting factor on human production, as in propagation of the species.

Women are either incapable of abstract thought or will pretend to be in order to avoid being proven wrong.

If you are reasoning with a woman then you have already lost because you have accepted the liberal tabula rasa framework than women are equal to men.
