But go ahead since I'm retarded tell me what Hogan is going to do for me? Did he stop lockdowns, no? Did he stop mandates, no? Did he cut the Maryland budget, no? Did he do anything as governor to protect me or my family as my governor, no? Did Hogan stand aganist BLM or looting, no?
