Massie is phenomenal but I don't think Trump would ever pick him ever since Massie opposed the CARES act and Trump tried to primary him and that dumb idea thankfully failed.
Ha! I don’t think I’d be much help there. I’ve been attacked plenty for saying disproportionate crime rates are a serious issues to address. Also until I see otherwise, I don’t see the black republican vote rise any higher than the 8-12% that we see. Maybe I’m proven wrong but I doubt it
Every 4 years, there's a mirage of black support, but then reality turns out very differently.
Hell, the GOP did a lot to try to appeal to blacks in 2020. Barely any difference, but there was a massive surge in Latino support without any organized effort.
Rand Paul would be great as VP, hands down first choice for the office.
But I would go with Ted Cruz. Trump is good at human nature politics, Cruz is good at intellectual politics. I think Cruz has by far the best shot at 2028 from the populist/pro-American wing.
2028 will be full-on restore the "adults in the room" new world order agenda. The Nikki Haleys will have billions to spend on the primary, all the news and tech will be totally in the bag. Rand even with VP chops is not going to win against that, Cruz would (as long as he keeps the beard).
Ted Cruz is a massive neocon, and certainly no populist.
President Biden has repeatedly, systematically undermined our Ukrainian allies in the face of Russian aggression to placate Putin.
Well, our Ukrainian allies have told us again and again what we can do and what we should do. All we have to do in the Senate is listen to our friends in Ukraine who are on the front line. Number one, sanction Nord Stream 2 immediately, right now today. And number two, give the Ukrainians weapons so that they can defend themselves.
I dont like either of those two either though. Could do a lot worse but could do way better.
My #1 preferred top pick would be Rand Paul.
Who is your preferred top pick?

As an Ohioan I am a little biased towards Vance but Paul is probably the best pick. Or Smith1980 to help win the black vote.

Yeah no way, black voters are way too indoctrinated into associating Democrats with free things and Republicans as racist

You can pick individual data points against anybody, but on balance he's the best we've got that has any chance of winning.
