normally I hate reposting reddit garbage but this one is a good encapsulation of the culture war
tl;dr a kid showed his uncle bg3, uncle googled it and told his parents it was porny and fully of degeneracy, parents made the kid stop playing it, kid complains on reddit, reddit goes full gay commie groomer with advice ranging from how to hide the game on the pc to run away and break all contact because the parents are "evil bigots" for having moral standards
the few sane voices of "talk to your parents about it" are heavily downvoted and dogpiled on and more than a few "the world will be better when all the Christians are dead" equivilents
daily reminder that we can't share a civilization with these people, even if they aren't consciously evil they are so deranged that they are a danger to decent families just in their reflexive behaviors
