She's too much of a tard for that. It's her handlers that are in control. Same as with Biden, Fetterman or McConnell. They're being seriously blatant about their brainless puppets now and I can only assume it's for demoralization.
Historically power players have been as dynastic/nepotistic as any monarchy, just maybe slightly less incestuous. The white(grey?) pill interpretation could by the inheritors of the handling could also be becoming less competent and worse at constructing a believable front of pliable public figures, so are reduced to using drooling vegetables to do their bidding.
