The real problem here is that she's framing things as if the dating market is equal to both men and women.

Women have all the power in the dating market, not men. Thus if women want a ceasefire, it needs to be women who call one not men and most definitely not in equal proportions between men and women. Most men that are dating just want a woman who is kind to them, likes to have sex, isn't a bad person, isn't ugly and isn't a slut/whore/single mother. Women on the other have absurd standards in men and demand too much from men. Women need to be the one to give not men.
