I see Mr. Emanuel Cellar was 1 of 435 members of the House. One wonders why you decided to blame him specifically for it. I guess Hart wasn't a Jew.

HIs name is on the bill, dumbfuck. I have no idea what Hart was, and it doesn't matter. This has clearly been a jewish priority. Go look around at who promotes replacement immigration.
