While I don't advocate for it - under pure ancap libertarianism there is nothing stopping someone from just capping his ass.
That would violate the NAP, unless the private judge you hired rules that his destroying the lands violated the NAP first, then preemptive first strike is allowed. Assuming Gates Security Firm doesn't get to your judge first...
