I will say, I think it is possible to not see globohomo stuff as often. Though I believe it requires autistic-level interest in something (or maybe multiple things) that doesn't have a large audience overlap with unwanted content. Or, I might guess, you may need to avoid allowing videos in your watch history that feature current events or discussion of modern culture.
I hardly get recommended normal videos anymore. It's either something I've already watched or a playlist.
That is a pretty sucky thing these days. It is apparent they're trying to fish out things you really like and then keep you watching more stuff based on what they think you might like from there.

This is obviously the biggest problem. There are at least people trying to set up alternative platforms for content, but it isn't going to fix children getting addicted to audio-visual candy.

Racism is the new piracy. If you want content that isn't completely globo-homo, you need to be actively racist.
I intentionally follow multiple racist channels (Progressive rags will tell you which ones are good) just so I don't get garbage, then I subscribe to neutral stuff that I want to watch.
