Never would have happened if Doddering Joe's State Department handlers hadn't alienated Putin and told Zelensky to reject cease-fire negotiations.

Regardless of Putin's actual rule, our leaders here in the US have been shitting on Russia ever since Trump dared to attempt cordial relations.
