I haven't heard of Patriotic Alternative but I know of Lawrence and Reform party, I think it's more they just haven't got the charisma to force attention like your Trump, Alex Jones or Tate's have.
No they're banned from Twitter back when Twitter was fully a deep state op. They've not been unbanned from Twitter YET because they don't have much of a following constantly calling for their release and/or American and the establishment would use it as an excuse to further attack Elon.

As I've discussed elsewhere, Tommy Robinson immediately began shilling for a grow-in-the-dark counter protest upon being unbanned. None of this shit is random.
