Yeah the japanese have never participated in torture, not part of their culture at all.

I was going for the joke more, plus can't really use them as if the Americans have taught us anything, so long as you're smart enough and show material results, you get a pardon and a cheque.
It's only torture when you can't make rockets or vaccines afterwards...
