Is it unusual to have a court order specifically prohibiting a witness from discussing their testimony with their attorney?

Is it because her attorney is technically not at either the defense or prosecution's table in this case?
I think it's because it's during trial while she was in the midst of being deposed (guess lunch time was in the middle of that?) so maybe they're not allowed to talk with the attorneys so they can't suddenly invent new excuses

It's a violation of court orders ie court rules, not a specific court order like Ham v Eggs.
It's as evilplushie says, she was in the midst of being deposed. And no way you need 10 minutes to figure out where to go for lunch.
