Probably a self-insert, so definitely yes.
I can't tell any of that from a video game still. I'm not sure what a tranny in a video game is supposed to look like. Do you just use a female model?
It's a little more insidious than that....
They typically start with a woman -- a rather attractive model, usually, like these:
And then the modeling artists proceed to transmogrify them to look like... well, trannies.
They typically widen the jaw, fatten the nose, plump up the cheeks and broaden the features.
It creates the truly uncanny look because it almost looks like the real model, but your brain is receiving warning signals that something isn't right. It's because something literally isn't right, and they did it on purpose.
Now Centrists and normies have been trying to use the excuse "Oh, it's just the cameras!" "Oh it's the software!" "Oh she wasn't standing at the right angle!" or all other such nonsense and bupkis.
You'll note that the technique they use (typically LiDar for newer engines or photogrammetry for art asset creation) is practically 1:1 for everything BUT female characters in Western games. And that's because the reality is that the female characters are made ugly on purpose.
You might be asking why? Well, if you normalise ugly characters everywhere, they're trying to train people to accept the trannies as normal. Biological instinct will ensure this never happens, but the establishment is trying hard (in almost every facet of media that people regularly consume) to get them to feel that the tranny epidemic is "normal".
That's why games like Hogwarts Legacy are so insidious because they put a lot of that stuff in the game even though the game was promoted (knowingly or unknowingly) as "anti-woke", even though it was very woke. They added in the trans characters and tried to play it off as normal.
With most Western games they have female leads/major characters who all have that tranny ambiance surrounding them. Mannish features/qualities/etc.
It's also why the SJWs/woketards hate Eastern games because they break the illusion and the propaganda cycle. If you play an Eastern game made either by East Asians or Eastern Europeans, you can quickly tell the difference between them and Western propaganda games.
