If you've seen the Quartering video that was linked yesterday, the intro was fake.
It was just the intro, and it was a comedy bit. He does that sort of thing, check his recent examples. Here's a remix with no context, and here's another spoof with no context. Here's a fake Marvel trailer.
Twitter notes are right, the audio is fake, and he really shouldn't be using his comedy intro as a leading point while reporting on CNN's staged coverage. Here's the tweet. And Nitter. (Archive tweet)

See my other post, The Quartering posted his comedy intro, Twitter is right that it's fake. He really shouldn't have led with the fake voiceover while talking about fake news, it's just going to confuse people and make him look bad.
Still, my point is not that CNN is truthful, just that Twitter is correct that the audio presented by The Quartering isn't real CNN audio.
for context: thequartering as a joke added audio of a director telling the crew how to react. Done in a humous facetious manner. The fact that people believed it is less of an indictment on the gullibility of the public than it is about people's perception of CNN's journalistic integrity.

yes, but there were repost where they only took the intro clip with no context or outright misleading context.
CNN has been doing this since the inception of the channel.
