Saddest thing is even if the man is sincere in wanting to birth a child, it probably would become a medical necessity because no way would a man's body be capable of bringing a healthy pregnancy to term. The hormones are all wrong, it would be like trying to grow a flower in soil with too high a PH. The anatomy is all wrong, if the child could grow it would push things around internally that a man's body wasn't designed to be pushed, cutting off circulation or rupturing.
