The flip side, though, is that most of those teachers are dumb as fuck and can barely be relied on to do the admin portion of thier fucking job, nevermind the teaching side of things.
The teachers know it, the admins know it, the higher ups likely know it, but they don't want to know it, if you catch my meaning.
