How did the judge justify that? That is insane. Maybe he’ll get some jailhouse justice. As for the proud boys, the media has successfully pushed the narrative that J6 was the worst thing in the universe and there are crooked judges that go along with it
If the Rochester is Rochester, New York, that is one of the major blue areas of the state (probably the most leftist area after NYC, but I'm not sure. Also a lot of immigrants being set there). The judge is probably so deep seated in "restorative justice" that, though they could never commute a sentence for such a heinous crime, they reduced it.
This one is in Minnesota, and still no surprise.
