But the YouTube video — which has already received more than 9.7 million views — sparked backlash from charity Hope and Homes for Children, which claims the video was merely a “ploy for more views,” reported the Daily Mail.
(Puts hands to face, contemplates how hard I need to smack a bitch) So let me get this straight, the main complaint of Mr Beast is that he's helping people for views, so he's found a way rather than constantly pleading for money from people or getting governments and NGOs to fund him, use people's interest in him to help people.
All the charities complaining are scam artists or just money laundering and getting salty a Youtuber is doing their 'original goals' better than they ever could.
IMO all charities that operate across county lines (and a lot that don't) are money laundering scam artists, and the international ones are pretty much all CIA front groups.
NGOs are 100% not just scams, but government funded human traffickers and one of the best economic destabilization tools for any country they are sent to.
Yep, the fact that some entertainer can just come in and fix a problem these "charities" have been ineffectively weeping over for decades must really rustle their jimmies.
IDK I know a guy who tried to teach Africans to farm sustainably so he wouldn't have to come back you know all the time and if he did they could build out infrastructure. it didn't work though.
Some might argue exception to the rule, but I would probably lean more towards the whole "individuals are smart, people are stupid" sort of deal. Individuals who do charitable acts do so for the sake of charity. Charity organisations tend to do so for a steady flow of work (and income).

"A plot for more views"...
So...a YouTube video?
Remember, most charities don't want a solution, because that puts them firmly out of the job.

It just goes to show how easily all these "world issues" can be fixed if more people do what mr beast.
Charity industry is obviously corrupt. But to the normie this really should show how incompetent they are
