Observe the average black person in the wild though. The way they drive, the way they walk down the street, they will slam a door on you when you're entering behind, etc. For a people that are supposed to be so oppressed they sure do walk around like they are the only thing important in the world.
Not to mention there's a slim to no chance I'd have been allowed at age 16 to do with 4 friends to a party in a city like DC on our own. It's called parents.

Exactly. I had a friend that worked in a state mental hospital. Due to the low pay, many of the medical staff were African immigrants. The African immigrants couldn't stand the American blacks due to their arrogant, disrespectful behavior.
