Europeans have the best bread
The best vegetarian cuisine comes from Asia more India
Indians, Caribbeans, Africans and Mexicans have way higher spice tolerance than the rest of the world.
Give any of those ethnicities horseradish and watch them squirm from the “heat”. “Spice” tolerance is highly relative to genetic disposition.
