A pendulum slows before it reaches the apex and falls once more. I would say this is slowing their momentum, not reversing it. They are backtracking, yes, but their overall goals and views remain unchanged.

Problem is even if the pendulum swings literally right now. Itll be 2 to 5 years before movies or games that are "normal" will be available.
